WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The warranty period offered by AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES will be for 2 years or 100,000 Km whichever comes first and covers engine, gear box and hybrid-battery.
AUTO SUPPORT POWER WARRANTY cover is limited to repair or replacement of the parts and be subject to the approval of AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES (PVT) LTD and our authorized Service Stations and Garages.
The “AUTO SUPPORT POWER WARRANTY” will only cover the major technical defects of the Engine and Transmission System of your vehicle, which is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
The AUTO SUPPORT POWER WARRANTY will only commence 24 hours after the registration of the vehicle.
This Warranty excludes the cover of the following items in the Engine and Gear-box,
Gaskets
Engine-Oil seals
Injector nozzles
Filters
Lubricants
Rubber Parts
Plastic Parts
Antifreeze fluid and other oil materials
We strongly advice to make early appointments on AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES HOTLINE for each & every service or repair to avoid any delays and disappointments.
Once linked, the vehicle must use the assigned service centre throughout the warranty period. Any change requires AUSS approval. Visiting an unauthorized workshop will result in immediate termination of the warranty.
AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES (PVT) LTD will decide whether the vehicle part need to be replaced or repaired.
We do not repair or replace any damaged or faulty parts due to the manufacturing process errors.
Coupons have no cash value, are non-refundable, and only one can be used per service.
We do not offer a replacement vehicle or cover rental costs while your vehicle is under repair or inspection.
Prices of all items and labour for services, repairs and replacement parts, can be revised with or without prior notice.
Customer must bring this warranty book for each service to the repair station who will update the book after providing the service. The warranty book must be updated at each of the above services.
Any unauthorized modification, tampering, or alteration to the engine, transmission, electrical systems, or odometer shall be considered a violation of the warranty terms and will result in immediate termination of coverage.
In case any coupons have been removed or detached by the customer or any other unauthorized person except our service agents, will be a reason to disqualify to claim any service.
Damaged caused by traffic accidents, insufficient or improper maintains, misuse of the vehicle under unusual conditions such as in motor races or rallies, and modifications to the vehicles, is not covered under this warranty.
Damage caused by external influences such as chemical pollution, acid rain, sand, sault, stones, road hazards, flood, fire or disasters whether due to human fault negligence or act of god, are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty mileage will be based on the odometer reading, If the odometer is damaged or broken the remaining warranty will be calculated based on the standard mileage of 200km per day from the date of last service.
The warranty for Hybrid Battery will be for a period of (2) Two years effective from the year of manufacture of the vehicle or up to (One hundred thousand) 100,000Kms. which comes first.
Hybrid battery will be replaced only once during the warranty period and under the following conditions.
For manufacturer’s defects only.
The battery should Not be re-charged, opened, removed, tempered and by any means it must be untouched.
External damages caused by traffic accidents, insufficient or improper maintenance, misuse, use of the vehicle under unusual conditions such as in motor races or rallies and modification to the vehicle causing the battery or the protected cover to result in leakages or influx of external substance will cease the warranty period with immediate effect.
Any issues pertaining to the hybrid battery should immediately be communicated to our customer service center or to our appointed service agent.
(Mandatory Periodic Maintenance)
As part of your AUTO SUPPORT POWER WARRANTY, you are entitled to three (3) services with free labour during the warranty period. These services are a compulsory requirement to maintain your warranty eligibility and must be carried out exclusively through the AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES Authorized Service Network.
Service Interval
Services must be performed at intervals of every 5,000 km or every 10 weeks, whichever comes first.
Servicing your vehicle at unauthorized workshops will be considered a breach of warranty conditions. Such costs will not be reimbursed by AUTO SUPPORT SERVICES.
