Concept & Initial Planning - November 2025

The MONETSYS project was first planned in November 2025 with a clear objective: to create a stronger digital system for monitoring vehicle services, warranty records, inspections, service provider performance, customer support, and long-term vehicle history.

The original plan was based on AUSS’s real operational experience since 2015, including warranty handling, roadside assistance, authorized service station management, customer complaints, technical inspections, and service record verification.

Prototype System Created Internally - December 2025

After the initial planning stage, the first internal version of MONETSYS was created as a home-built system by the Managing Director of Auto Support Services.

This early version helped the company understand what information should be shown to vehicle owners, what data should remain in the backend, and how the system should support the day-to-day operations of AUSS, service stations, and customers.

Feature Refinement & Backend Structure - January 2026

During this stage, AUSS refined the system structure based on real operational requirements.

Key areas were reviewed and improved, including:

  • Customer vehicle profiles

  • Warranty activation records

  • Service history tracking

  • Inspection checklist storage

  • Uploaded bills and documents

  • Service station record management

  • Booking and appointment handling

  • Internal claim support

  • Customer support and dispute handling

  • Admin-side monitoring tools

This stage helped define what MONETSYS should become: not just a record system, but a full monitoring and support platform.

Service Station Workflow Planning - February 2026

AUSS began aligning MONETSYS with the service station workflow.

The system was designed to allow authorized service providers to upload service records, scanned bills, pre-service checklists, inspection reports, and other supporting documents.

This was an important stage because MONETSYS is built around authenticated service history, not just customer-entered information.

Customer Account & Vehicle Record Planning - March 2026

AUSS developed the customer-side concept of MONETSYS.

The goal was to provide vehicle owners with a free MONETSYS account where they can access their vehicle’s service records, inspection history, warranty-related information, invoices, reminders, and future support services.

This stage also shaped the idea of using MONETSYS to improve resale value by maintaining trusted, authenticated vehicle records.

Platform Expansion & Operational Testing - April 2026

MONETSYS was further expanded to support AUSS’s wider operations.

The system was reviewed for:

  • Warranty claim fast-tracking

  • Service provider accountability

  • Customer dispute handling

  • Maintenance reminders

  • Additional warranty eligibility

  • Long-term vehicle record management

  • Service quality monitoring

  • Roadside assistance support integration

AUSS also reviewed how MONETSYS could support future services such as online payments, tyre reservations, spare parts marketplace access, and seller-backed or MONETSYS-backed product warranties.

Website & Public Launch Preparation - May 2026

AUSS began preparing MONETSYS for public presentation through the company website.

The website content, customer explanation pages, booklet content, FAQs, and landing page concept were developed to explain the platform clearly to vehicle owners, exporters, importers, and service providers.

This stage focused on communicating the value of MONETSYS as a system that supports transparency, convenience, authenticated records, and stronger customer protection.

Bug Fixing & User Data Upload Started - June 2026

MONETSYS is currently in the bug-fixing and data upload stage.

AUSS is now reviewing the system, correcting issues, improving usability, and uploading existing user and vehicle data into the platform.

Authorized service stations are also required to upload their recorded service data, including scanned bills, inspection checklists, and related documents.

Because this process involves large volumes of historical service information, the complete user data upload is expected to take approximately three months.

Historical Data Upload & System Stabilization - June to August 2026

From mid to end of June 2026, AUSS will begin handing over MONETSYS accounts to vehicle owners in stages.

During this period, AUSS and its authorized service providers will continue uploading vehicle service records, scanned bills, checklists, inspection documents, and customer vehicle information.

The main focus will be:

  • Handing over customer accounts gradually

  • Completing customer and vehicle profile uploads

  • Uploading past service records

  • Uploading scanned bills and checklist documents

  • Verifying data accuracy

  • Fixing system bugs

  • Improving the user experience

  • Testing service station access

  • Finalizing full customer account access

This stage is important because MONETSYS depends on accurate and verified data. Customers may start receiving account access from June, while the complete system will continue to be improved and stabilized during this period.

Full System Access Rollout - September 2026

From September 2026, AUSS plans to make the fully working MONETSYS system accessible to vehicle owners.

By this stage, the main historical data upload, bug fixing, and service station access testing are expected to be completed.

Vehicle owners will be able to access their MONETSYS accounts and view their service history, inspection records, scanned bills, reminders, warranty-related information, and support records.

The rollout will be managed carefully to ensure customers receive accurate information, verified records, and a smooth user experience.

Full Operation - Late 2026

By the end of 2026, MONETSYS Phase 1 is expected to become fully operational.

Phase 1 includes:

  • Customer vehicle accounts

  • Authenticated service records

  • Uploaded bills and inspection reports

  • Warranty support records

  • Service reminders

  • Service station record uploads

  • Booking and service provider coordination

  • Customer support and dispute handling

  • Claim fast-tracking support

  • Admin monitoring by AUSS

This will allow AUSS to offer a more transparent, organized, and reliable after-sales support experience.

MONETSYS is getting ready.

The customer login page is temporarily redirected to this timeline while AUSS completes bug fixing, customer data upload, and service record verification. Customer accounts will begin to be handed over from mid/end June 2026, and the fully working MONETSYS system is expected to be accessible from September 2026.
